Brush up your MOBA skills and get ready to snag a share of the whopping US$85,000 prize pool offered by The Epic LOA Battle (TELB). This 11–13 January, crypto gaming newcomer League of Ancients will make a grand entrance into the MOBA gaming scene with TELB, a first-of-its-kind tournament that allows participants to win $LOA tokens and NFT skins for the upcoming MOBA title, which is slated for release in Q4 2022.

Crypto Gaming on the Rise

Last year, crypto turn-based game Axie Infinity took the world by storm with its innovative play-to-win model, which allows players to earn cryptocurrency as a reward for playing the game. Similarly, League of Ancients plans to allow players to make money from the time that they invest in playing, opening up tangible earning potential on top of enjoying a fun gaming experience.

Inspired by classic 5v5 MOBAs like Dota 2 and Mobile Legends, League of Ancients provides players with timeless gameplay coupled with pathways to unlock NFT skins and earn $LOA, its in-game currency which is housed on the Binance Smart Chain.

Familiar Gameplay, Revolutionary Earning Potential

In League of Ancients, two teams duke it out in an enclosed arena to demolish the opponent’s stronghold. Each player controls a single character, which falls into one of the following classes: Tank, Mage, Marksman, Support, or Assassin. Each hero possesses one passive skill and three active skills. There will be 10 available heroes at launch, with more to be released on a consistent basis.
